Is this you?We’re looking forIn Japan, Payoneer offers marketplace sellers and SME exporters a cross border payment solution, enabling them to receive payments from oversees clients and marketplaces in multiple currencies, quickly and at a low cost.Payoneer is looking for a highly-talented Business Development Manager, to be one of the pioneering members of our Japan team based in our Tokyo office, report directly to the Head of Sales.The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated self-starter who is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong initiative, solid written/verbal communication skills unflagging attention to detail and an overall commitment to excellence. You are a passionate, committed professional with a keen sense of people, high intellect/intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic and accountability. Oversee and manage existing client relationship and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top users to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs.Responsible for the lead qualification of unverified leads to prioritize sales effortsResearch on new lead generation opportunities for direct selling as well as affiliate & partnership salesAccomplish targeted sales goals and execute company’s business development planWork with the Business Relationship Management team and Biz Dev team to expand the business to Japan e-commerce and other verticals markets such as vacation rental, freelancer & exports etc.
by qualifying the potential of leads from relevant marketing campaigns and Payoneer’s database to support company’s annual strategiesCreate and maintain call scripts, directly sell to leads that are qualified for a standard Payoneer accountSupport and present at marketing events organized by Marketing Department and Business Development Department, and attend likewise events in cross-border e-commerce industryHave you accomplished this kind of qualification?
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communicationsNative in Japanese and Fluent in English+3 years of solid direct sales or inside sales experience targeting SMBBusiness planning and excellent communication skills (written, listening, speaking and reading)A team player and a highly self-motivated individualNot a must but a great advantage Experience in the Payments or Online business industryExperience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote teams)Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM systemExperience with data analytics & BI toolsCheck us out!Ever wondered whether that perfect combination reallyexists?
